Concerning 2020 Music Festival Cancellation

Good evening Friends and Supporters of the North Bay Music Festival,

The North Bay Music Festival has considered the recent public health announcements, school closures, and other league and event suspensions due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. Our Festival often fills our halls with many students, parents, and family, in relatively close quarters.

We have considered whether to postpone or cancel our 55th Annual Music Festival.  However, any delay would push the 2020  Festival into a new grade year for many of the participants and indeed roll right into the preparation for the 2021 Music Festival.

As a result, we regret to advise that our North Bay Kiwanis Music Festival, previously scheduled for April 20 to May 1, 2020, has been cancelled.

The Music Festival will be returning all sponsorship funds to our supporters.

The Nipissing Kiwanis Club looks forward to presenting our 55th Annual Music Festival again in 2021.  We certainly encourage all of the intended participants to continue their music studies, with all of the enthusiasm and accomplishment which they always demonstrate so well.
